Silence
There is also nakedness to silence. Vulnerability can be troubling if one is accustomed to using layers of words to create an identity in the world or to surround ourselves with activity to avoid looking inside.
To be with naked silence you must hold reverence for your anxiety, even your fear, because silence invites the unknown and that may not always seem like welcome company.
