“Few people understand that trauma, physical or psychological, imprints itself in the nervous system. But when you can rid yourself of the effects of negative past experiences, the body chemistry changes and you become more open to evolvement. Your attitude toward world changes, and you start to feel a glow, that emanates from a higher frequency resounding in the body…
Becoming more evolved is important for more than your own sake. In a sense, your personal health is tied to the health and evolvement of the species. We share this world together. We all draw equally on the life force. Thus, one of our purposes on earth is to realize that we exist as one: no person can stand alone and be healthy. In an evolved society, we would treat one another as we treat ourselves, with respect, concern, and consideration…
In an involved society, we would also respect the earth itself, knowing that our welfare derives from the health of that earth, for the energy in nature is the energy in us.”

"We share this world together. We all draw equally on the life force. Thus, one of our purposes on earth is to realize that we exist as one: no person can stand alone and be healthy," offers Robert C. Fulford. I have often heard our survival rests upon our interdependence -- and he invites me to consider our health rests upon our interdependence. It is in the commons where we can (and should) exist and be healthy.
